Pilates – Morning Session
on the Reformer / Trapeze
A gentle start for your body and mind.
We activate the deep stabilizing muscles, regulate our breathing, and consciously engage our “core”—the abs, back, and pelvic floor. Exercises are performed at a relaxed pace with an emphasis on coordination and proper technique. The equipment helps the body find support and teaches you to move efficiently, without unnecessary effort.
After the class: a clear head, stable posture, and a steady supply of energy for the whole day.
Mixed difficulty level—suitable for everyone. The intensity is tailored individually for each client.

Pilates — Dinner Session
on the Reformer / Trapeze
We end the day with movement, not fatigue.
We release the tension built up throughout the day, work on balancing effort and relaxation, and restore a sense of wholeness to the body. The equipment helps us safely work through tight areas (neck, lower back, shoulders), engage weakened muscles, and restore natural movement patterns. The pace is moderate, with an emphasis on quality of execution and internal sensations.
After class — lightness in the body, calm in the nervous system, and readiness for recovery.
Mixed difficulty level—come as you are today.
A deep exploration of your body and your first full-fledged one-on-one session with a trainer.
The introductory session is the perfect starting point for Pilates. This extended 80-minute session combines two key stages: a detailed assessment and a personalized session using equipment. You’ll not only learn how your body works but also immediately try moving in new ways.
How the session works:
1. Functional testing (about 30 minutes). The trainer conducts a series of gentle movement tests: assessing joint and spinal mobility, core stability, balance, and coordination. We identify your areas of tension, compensation, and asymmetry. This is necessary to understand your natural movement patterns.
2. Personal training. A session on the Reformer or Trapeze, tailored to the results of the assessment. With the help of verbal and tactile cues, you’ll learn to perform exercises with proper technique, safely, and without unnecessary strain.
The focus is on exploration and gentle adaptation. You learn to move from the inside out and understand which muscles should be working and which should be resting.
After the session: a clear understanding of your body’s strengths and areas requiring attention. A feeling of lengthening and lightness in the joints, along with a ready, safe plan for future training.
Who is it for:
• Beginners who want to start practicing as safely as possible.
• Clients seeking rehabilitation, pain relief, or relief from discomfort.
• Those who plan to train regularly in a one-on-one setting.
